André Haag appointed Chief Financial Officer of de Volksbank
Upon nomination of the Supervisory Board of de Volksbank, shareholder NLFI has appointed André Haag as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of de Volksbank as from 1 August 2022. The Works Council has rendered advice on - and supports - the appointment. The supervisory authorities have approved the appointment of André Haag, whose term of office will run up to and including the General Meeting of Shareholders of 2026.
André Haag has a proven track record as a finance director at both a Dutch bank and an international financial institution. André Haag will join from Triodos Bank N.V., where he was a member of the Executive Board as CFO. From 2016 to 2019 he was a member of the Management Board and CFO at Deutsche Holdings (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. Since 2011 André Haag held various senior positions at Deutsche Bank in Luxembourg and Germany, notably as Country CFO Luxembourg and Director in Regional Finance Germany. André Haag started his career at IBM Financial Consulting and subsequently fulfilled several roles at PA Consulting Group and Ernst & Young.
