COO Mirjam Verhoeven to leave de Volksbank

Summary

De Volksbank’s Supervisory Board announces that Chief Operating Officer Mirjam Verhoeven has agreed to resign as a member of de Volksbank’s Board of Directors. Differences of opinion regarding the day-to-day affairs, the policy to be pursued and the course that the bank is to follow have resulted in this decision. The Supervisory Board considers this an opportune moment to end the collaboration.

For more than 18 years, Mirjam Verhoeven was associated with de Volksbank and its legal predecessors in the tripartite collaboration between IT, Operations, and Marketing & Innovation. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Mirjam Verhoeven for her dedication and wishes her the best of luck in the future.
