De Volksbank appoints Jacqueline Touw as Chief People & Organisation Officer

Summary

De Volksbank announces the appointment of Jacqueline Touw to the Executive Committee. Duly approved by the Supervisory Board, she has been appointed Chief People & Organisation Officer (CPOO) with effect from 1 October 2022. The Works Council has rendered advice on, and supports, the appointment.

Jacqueline Touw brings extensive experience in the field of strategic and digital change processes in international organisations in various sectors. Jacqueline Touw is currently employed at Sligro Food Group as CHRO where she is leading a far-reaching digital transformation. Before that, she was ultimately responsible for HR in a major change process at Essent. Jacqueline Touw held various strategic HR positions at DSM, and gained banking experience at Van Lanschot Bankiers N.V.

Composition of the Executive Committee

The Executive Committee, which has been operational since 16 May 2022, consists of seven members: Martijn Gribnau (CEO), Marinka van der Meer (CCO), Jeroen Dijst (CRO), Marjolein de Jongh (CTO), Michel Ruijterman (CIO), André Haag (CFO) and Jacqueline Touw (CPOO) as from
1 August 2022 and 1 October 2022 respectively.
