Jeroen Dijst reappointed as CRO of de Volksbank

Summary

Jeroen Dijst has been reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of de Volksbank N.V. (de Volksbank) as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) with effect from 23 April 2020.

Jeroen Dijst was appointed as CRO by the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on 1 August 2016. His term of office ran up to and including today’s GMS, which decided to reappoint him today. Jeroen’s new term shall expire at the conclusion of the GMS in 2024. The Supervisory Board is pleased that the GMS has decided to reappoint Jeroen.

With the reappointment of Jeroen, the Board of Directors of de Volksbank is now composed of Maurice Oostendorp (CEO), Jeroen Dijst (CRO), Marinka van der Meer (CCO), Mirjam Verhoeven (COO) and Pieter Veuger (CFO).
