Summary

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of de Volksbank N.V. (de Volksbank) was held on 13 April 2023.

Besides adopting the financial statements for 2022 and granting discharge to the members of the Executive Committee and the Supervisory Board for their management and supervision in 2022 respectively, NLFI agreed to de Volksbank’s proposal at the AGM to pay out a dividend of € 90 million to be charged to the result for 2022.
